Julie Reynold’s Yoga Journey

My yoga journey began 4 years ago when I attended a hot yoga class on a whim. I was in the midst of completing my Graduate degree and dealing with a significant amount of stress and pressure along with almost daily migraine headaches. I had heard yoga was good for the mind and the body so I figured why not?

That class did so much more than just help me. It changed me! It changed my mind, my body, and my spirit. Since that first class almost five years ago, yoga has transformed my whole life in many amazing ways. I am a completely different person. I am calmer, my headaches are less frequent, I am stronger physically and mentally, and I am filled with much more love and radical acceptance for myself and others.

Today, I hope to share the joy that yoga has brought me with you! I practice hot power yoga daily and love sharing the gift yoga has given me. I completed my 200 RYT from Empower Yoga in Appleton, WI where you will also frequently find me practicing or taking workshops. I have done additional training in yoga for chronic back, neck and hip pain and many of my patients have found a great deal of pain relief after implementing a daily restorative yoga practice.
